Uganda's 'Gay List'

Earlier this month, Rolling Stone newspaper -- not affiliated with the U.S. magazine with the same name -- featured 100 pictures of Ugandan gays and lesbians. Next to the list was a yellow strip with the words "hang them."

Uganda is likely to pass a law within months that will make homosexuality a capital offence, joining 37 other countries in the continent where American evangelical Christian groups are increasingly spreading bigotry (as usual).
