Father Says

Father says its supposed to be this way. It always has, so why fix what isn’t broken. I love how he says that, because he’s right, you know. We are finding perfection within our own and how it is going to change the world and bring about what we’ve been trying for all these years remains excitedly unseen. Father says that it’s important to set ourselves apart. It was us that were told the means to the end. Us. And it is our birthright that will garner us not only praise in this life, but in the life to come, the world that we will help to create. Static fills the air now, but it is destiny that will align it and shape it into a cohesive state. Something tangible. Something real. And it will be more than what they’ve already seen. I swear. Father swears. If by paper ballot or brainwashing, our grand nation will see it through and in the end, we will be better off for it. Science cannot help us, philosophy cannot help us, in fact, not much can until we begin to see our faith for what it is. Father says that is what trust is. And trust doesn’t do much good if you are trying to discover every answer and challenge every idea. No, we must exercise our faith in the most obedient way. Together. Collectively. Father says there will be those who don’t understand, who don’t see things in the light of truth. They must see. It is our calling. When presented with the truth and the strength of our number, how will they not see? But some won’t, and then it becomes about….well….

So considering the majority of our fans live in the US or other foreign parts of the world, we've decided to try something strange. and on a regular basis.

As you may already know, we're a band that likes to take advantage of Mother Future's technological advancements. So in the following month or so, we're gonna start streaming our shows via the interwebs. That's right. Live from our laptop. Pretty cool hey?

Not sure if you need to become a member or not but who the hell cares, right? Pretty cool place to hang out and socialize with other music lovers.
Each show will be broadcast live which means if you missed it, you missed it. We can't guarantee the quality of each show considering most will be filmed with a digital camera (Canon perhaps) but at least you can get a sense of what's going on and where we're playing.

Starting in May we'll stream every show on the tour. So if you can't make it so Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver or whereever......know that you can
be there in spirit/ receive visuals for your eyes and sounds for your ears.

New Demos Up Now!

We'd just like to thank Mr. Terry Paholek (The Physics Laboratory - Edmonton, AB) for making these demos possible. Not only do we think that they sound killer, but he truly helped us make these recordings affordable. We all know being an independent band means limited finances and we're really excited to start passing this demo around to labels (small and large). Not that we believe labels solve all problems but we feel as a band that is beginning to establish a name for themselves, it's a step closer to where we need to be.
